Oral Presentation

Time slots for the individual presentations will be indicated in the final Agenda (Available Soon).

Each presenter shall allocate 5 minutes for Q&A, e.g.: a time slot of 15 minutes corresponds to a 10 minute presentation + 5 minute Q&A.

Please bring your presentation on a USB stick (make a folder if not a single file), name it LastnameSessionnumber.ppt (e.g., PresenterSession2.ppt).

Preferred slide format is 16:9

At the beginning of the day in which your presentation is scheduled, please go to the Speaker ready area and provide your presentation (a venue map and more information will be shared in the Welcome letter communication).

Presenters are kindly requested to be present in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and to make their presence known to the chair of the session.

Poster Presentation

Presenters at the poster sessions shall bring their own printed posters.

The maximum poster size is A0 (ca. 84.1 x 118.9cm) Portrait orientation.

Authors are strongly encouraged to produce a full-size poster rather than using multiple smaller (e.g. A4) sheets.

Poster numbers (according to the conference programme) will be noted on the poster panels.
